The model was solved using CONVERGE v2.3.0 transient solver. The model start time is set at -20 deg BTDC of the power stroke (which is approximately 9.8 degrees before the earliest injection time). The model end time is 138 degrees, which is most (not all) of the power stroke (which ends at 180 degrees). For each run, a total of 33 timesteps were written out over 158 degrees of crank angle, resulting in approximately 5 degrees of crank angle between timesteps in EnSight.
